Hello all

Just wondering if i can have a PayPal and Payoneer account at the same time with just one debit card ? Because now i have a PayPal account and im not sure if the Payoneer would work with the same card already linked to my PayPal ?

Thank you all !

paypal has to have a bank account linked to it. then u can add your debit and credit card to it. and same with payoneer. u can attach n no of accounts with your cards.
i don't believ in attaching cards with these accounts. only the mandatory bank account is linked with it. i don't have a payoneer account as the charges are much higher there and not all sites pay through it

It can be linked to same credit cards, since both are different company, but I don't really like to link the Paypal or Payoneer into my credit cards, I prefer to link them to my local bank account instead.

Yes, of course you can. They are separate companies and they only need your debit card to transfer the money you store online to your real bank account.

I think we can add credit card also on both to get the payments and its possible on both. After verifying PayPal, I'll try same card with payoneer also.

I wonder why PayPal needs me to link my debit card. They will not send funds to my local bank. I can only shop with my PayPal account or send funds to another PayPal user. This question troubles me. Is it for account security or what?

PayPal and Payoneer are two different conpanies, let me start of by explaining the difference so you can make a informed decision on which payment system you want to use. You are allowed to use both, there is nothing stopping you. Some cards don't work on Payoneer, so you will have a limited functionality. All cards are accepted on PayPal. Payoneer has less of few when sending/receiving payments.

But I have also read on this forum that it is not possible to link your payoneer card to your paypal account. I know it is possible to have both PayPal account and payooner account too.

Both PayPal and Payoneer are different payment systems so it's possible to enjoy the services of both. PayPal would be Ideal for lower payments and Payoneer for bigger payments.

Here at least in India, what I know is that PayPal has to be linked to your local bank account. If you receive any payment in your PayPal account, it directly gets remittedin the bank account linked to PayPal. I haven't used Payoneer, but heard it issues it's own debit card, but the only deterrent is high transaction charges.

They are two independent different online financial institutions. All of your withdrawals will be sent to the same linked bank account. Just a side note, payoneer's fees are extremely high compared to Paypal's. Read more about their fees here. Additionally, I wanted to inform you that the answer to your question is yes, you can use the same bank, debit or credit card with as many online payment platforms as you wish. Please be this in mind before using this financial company.

Personally I would recommend that you use just one financial institution. This will give you better ease of knowing your money is in one place and saves you time having to check up on both accounts daily. I strongly suggest you do some research using Google and find various reviews to make an informed decision which is the best service that suits your needs and purpose.

I don't see any problem with creating accounts in both sites. They are two different companies. You will use your credit card to create PayPal and for Payoneer, they will provide you with a debit card.

Payoneer does not give debit card for all users. You have an option to deny the same. Instead you can ask for the direct to bank transfer option. This way you can easily get the money with less fees and also compared to the paypal you have lot quicker transaction in the due process as well.

yes you can, since they are both two separated different companies, you can have two paypal accounts or even more as well, as there are no rules that disallow that, the issue is that you can't use the same data in both (name, surname, adress etc ..)

They are two different payment models , so you can have both there is no issue with that , I even read on a site some months back that you can link your payoneer to your PayPal account

I am also confused about it. But as much as I know you need to link your debit card with your paypal account. It means your Paypal account uses your debit card. In the other hand You can requst and use a debir card issued by Payonner. As Payoneer give their own cards.

Ofcourse.. those two are not connected so having em both with same card is totally fine. Issues like that only works when they have the same owner or something

If only you require an actual card from Payoneer but they do also give a virtual card. The essence of a debit or credit card is for loading cash or cash out to you or from your local bank.

The transactions are in no way linked to the card. So the actual card you link will perform both PayPal and Payoneer transactions separately.

I believe that it is possible to have the two at the Sam time since there is card for payoneer and your own bank card for PayPal account.
