Use Colon and not Minus after Review in Title
Do not use double Question Mark
And Post full domain name so it should not conflict with other domain.

However, I think their counting system is not true now. It only count a half for me today.

$1 Payment is nothing! As for the counting, most of the shorteners count 60% of the sent traffic, so don't think you can find better one. (I talk about 1x24 IP/hours count)
