Which one do you prefer? Buy a franchise to have a business or create your own concept for your business?

Same here, I would do the same thing. It is more profitable to make many branches. You just really need to be brave and not afraid of the risks.

Yep. Any business is a risk either franchise or not. But it would be better to start a liitle one then expand that risk big capital at first but not sure if it will succeed.

Actually, there are big franchises who don't succeed either. I've seen lots of food chains that are closed now because they are not making a big profit anymore. The only disadvantage of big names franchise they needed to maintain a quota of sales if they didn't meet that, they have to decide whether to continue or not. Some franchise they needed to close it because of daily expenses and employees should always be properly handed their salaries so instead of having a huge debt they chose to close it. Big franchise or not there's no guarantee it will be succeeded but if you have good marketing and a right place for business I'm sure it's going to be successful whether its franchise or not.

I agree. So before franchising a business, one must really consider many factors that will affect the sales, the location, the employees, the maintenance and other stuffs. Planning before investing into business is really important.

Would you rather buy a franchise for hundred thousand/millions but the problem is you don't have hundred thousand/millions or start your own business with a small capital but there are risks involved?
As you stated, the only solution here is to start my own business. The risks are eveywhere, but at least I know that I have that small capital and I didn't pay hundred/thousand millions for a business which may have more problems than it seems.

if I were to choose, I think I'd choose to have a small business - there is a chance of losing all the money you invested, but if it has success it was worth the risk

Yes. And it feels great if you can make your own business successful than a successful franchise. You can extend and make branches, or if you want, you can let someone franchise your business too.

yea, it's that feeling that you're your own boss and you managed to get there after starting from scratch and building up everything by yourself. really best feeling ever

Yes. Everything will be hard at first. The advantage of franchise business is that you dont have to do much much promotion because they are already known. Unlike on having your own, you need to start from scratch, build reputation and do many promotions.
You are right but the challange here is that not every can afford it financially though it is the best option . The fact is that when can't afford it you will have ti build your business and in the course you will learn a lot that will make you stronger in the game of business world

Some did not even expect it. But to have a businessc it is also important that you will choose something that will ineterest you, or you passion.

Buying a franchise. Prefer to buy a buisness and then grow the company and increase it's sales and profits and sell the buisness for more than I bought it for orginally. I could make a lot of money by buying and selling

hello and in my Own self opinion! i must choose, buy a Franchise, beacuse buying a franchise is too easy ! and you Dont have too Deal with promoting the products ! beacuse its already a well known company! and Establish!
I also support your point cos no matter how expensive it may be you will still make your profit especially if it a well established brand in the market. That what most big business wigs does

I think franchise system has the capacity to earn you better. And you have to do less work compared to any other business . and odn't have to build from scratch.

I think there
will be a little advantage when buying a franchise business. Since it has the name already, all you have to think is the best location to place it and good employees to hire. While if you are starting your own business, it is all from scratch, you have to build your own name and think of a bery promotion to be known.

Some people are saying, that you can more easily achieve success, buying a franchise, than starting your own business.Collaborating with the respective franchise firm, you will receive the necessary education how to expand more rapidly the franchise product and you will see your franchise type business growing fast.

Building a business is not an easy task and once you are aware of that you will be prepared to face any challenge but buying franchise looks very easy but the question is that in the long run if you are encounter with any challenge you may find it difficult to get rid of such cos of insufficient background or scratch knowledge of the business

I won't mind buying a franchise but creativity is what I love. If I have the idea, I would prefer to be creative and start my own business.

Starting a business is cheaper and affordable and you are able to grow it slowly after understanding what your business needs or doesn't need.

Both have their advantages and disadvantages but what is best is dependent on how knowledgeable you are in the area of business you want to buy or you want to set up. In my opinion I will prefer buying a franchise cos of it pass glir

Both ideas are very feasible but I would rather start my business from scratch. Most times though a franchise would be better because you do not have to worry about the little issues or start ups.

IMO depends on the bussines. I was researching the costs for a cleaning firm and found out thatthe price to open and requirements are actually the same.

The advantage of Franchise in this particular sector is: They do the paperwork and let you use their lawyer and tax accountant.
Just for 250$ amonth. :D Wich is better than anything you'd find as "private/personall" of those lawyers would cost that much per hour xD

It depends on the industry but for things like food and general shopping a franchise is a pretty safe investment. If you contact them and want to set up in a location that it is likely to be unsuccessful they will tell you that. Everything is figured out for you and the day you open you already have a huge group of customers that know what they can expect and get from your store.

If I was a plumber or something I would do my own with instead of paying to be with like roto rooter or something. Sure I know the name, but have never used the service. I feel like the plumber who puts his name out there is not going to want to spoil that. They sell the service to them and I feel like there is more of a sense of pride in the work. If you do bad people are literally running around talking S41t about you. I used to do this so it is not as random as it seems.

Who is going to have a Droopy Taco anyways?
But, "Call Droopy if your drippy plumbing has got you down. He is #1 in the #2 business." You call that guy. haha
