I have noticed that most retired people majorly do the job that they are more passionate about , they just want to do what they love and that's all , they care about what they love than anything else that is coming

Organizing an event is too much for a retired person who is probably 60. You don't expect someone of that age to go through the hectic rigours of making sure everything is organised for an event. Businesses that retired people should do must be residual or passive in activity level requirements.

Probably, organizing events can be helpful for the aged people to overcome loneliness and hence improve their mental strength which I think is more important for aged people. Offcourse this activity should not disturb their physical health because of hectic schedules. Physical health has to be given seperate attention, while organizing events can greatly help these aged people to meet new people, spend time and come out of their boring lifestyle.
