Actually i havee $3.5 you can redeem from my scribie account to your paypal then you give me btc. Unfortunately I cant receive payment to my paypal in my country.
 
@emmanuellug Sorry, but the total amount of that btc if converted to dollar is about 28 USD. I don't really want to deal in smaller number because of the transaction fee.

I'd say he's legit although it's ultimately your choice if you want to trust him or not.

If he were to scam you, the admin, Mr.B would be swift to take action. Don't think he'd want to risk some bucks just to get the permanent banhammer and lose all the status and points earned.
 
For the sake of transparency, here's my deal proceedings with @nixreview :

At first, I want to make a deal by sending him 0.0032 btc, but then because of miscalculation on my part I ended up sending him 0.003 btc instead:

Here the proofs (his wallet address is censored for privacy sake. Ofc, I still have the original screenshots if needed). And since he's already sending me Paypal before realizing that I can only send him so much, I donated to him 1,000 BMF points.

And now after sending to him his btc through "instant method" (please see the pending payment proof above, you can clearly see that I have chosen the instant option), Freebitco.in hold the fund for manual inspection for up to 24 hours! Even though they have stated that the confirmation time for "instant" payout is about 15 minutes long (see the Withdrawal screenshot above).

With all the facts and proofs presented here, please wait until at least 24 hours before taking action against me.
