From my experience, it didn't take more than 24hrs for my payment to arrive so I think it has to be an issue with your payment details. You could message them

How many points exacty are you trying to redeem? I don't see why you aren't getting paid if you followed procedure. It's quite easy. Please provide us screenshots of your issues so we could help you better.
The only issue I'm having so far with the app is it constantly crashes but it doesn't bother me anymore, I just leave it for a while and come back to it later.
But with payments, app is great.

Oh that's sad. I'll be eligible soon to redeem. Once I receive or not receive within 24hrs, I will update. They're not very good at replying though. I messaged them regarding crashes issue before but they never responded. So I don't know if they're getting the feedbacks or whatever at all

I have received a withdraw yesterday , even i am close to make another withdrawal . But those 2 users made their withdraw on 22 and 23 of this month , they should have received it by now , it's already more than 48 hours. And yes they are a bit slow in replying , I got a reply after 6-7 days a year ago.

tried to redeem the once off 50points just as a trial run to see if payment will go through,
but since i never recived the 50points i take it this app isnt for me
still have like 450points, and seeing as that 50points is still on pending i take it ill never receive that 450 aswell
