It won't affect the coin market. It is a stimulus package to help the mass, to make up their list funds during this unprecedented time of covid19. Some will be using it to invest in crypto. I think it will improve the coinmarket, and not diminishing it.

That's the positive response the poster wanted from us. Surely, such kind of funds can be separated in many forms of business both online and offline. And the people in love with crypto will invest theirs, and wait for it to grow. That is source of investment to such investors, at same time increasing the market capitalization of their preferred coin, and as such, it is growing.

Once the government have signed the deal nothing would be done again , because the needy ones in the economy would need money and they are the majority , while the minority would consider inflation and other factors that could damage the economy

Yeah people opinion dont really matter like that when it comes to issue like this ,because the government are the ones that would still benefit more from the plan
