Usually if the app is not available in my country , i use vpn to install the app and then turn off vpn when i use the app. But it involves risk of getting banned from the app.

Yes i can do that too but the problem here is that of it is not available in my country then it is a very high chance that my kyc will also be not applicable and that is what I am worried about and not the app cause that can be downloaded easily

Oh kyc yeah it's a complicated one. if they have mentioned that your country is not supported to participate in their orogram , I doubt your kyc will be approved
