But is it really that easy to make money online? I would say definitely not. The most crucial time is the starting time. Because you have the least no. Of online customer base at that time. Strong effort for advertising your products becomes necessary In that stage. But once it has picked up space. It will start generating good revenues. So online earning is tough at the beginning but after getting customer base it becomes fairly easy

A home based business is usually a small business with a small capital so I can say that is easy to start. In terms of capital i would have to agree with you because you do not need to have the added expense of hiring or renting out a building and stuff like that however when it comes to the knowledge that you need in order to be able to manage an online business. I think that online can actually be a lot harder to run than a physical business because whilst there less expenses that there have, in terms of the rent that you have to pay, there is a lot more risk that comes from it, because there is hacking that can arise and this will be the end of your business if you do not manage it rom the start.

Apart from the financial aspect, you need to have the required or needed skills if you must operate on a long-term sustainability. Convincing people that your website is legitimate can be very difficult because there is a lot of fake websites that are being created on a daily basis with the primary intention of luring people in to scam them. This can make it very hard to even trust anything that is happening online from abusines perspective.

You do have a good point when it comes to not needing to invest a lot of capital online however given the current circumstances surrounding hacking and also internet Fraud I think that it is very important that you also consider the extra security packages that are required and this can offset the capital expenses of having a physical business.
