Whale Alert announced that an anonymous whale has sent 99.9 million XRP to Coinbase, one of the largest exchanges that has recently stopped trading XRP.

Isn't that interesting too? I wonder for what purpose a person sends that coin to an exchange that she cannot trade. Let's see if the reason for this will be explained.

Yeah, sometimes things done this way can only be understood by the operator. This is best known to them but this money is really huge to be thrown away just like that so I'm sure it will be recovered

I think that this guy send an huge amount of crypto for change the direction of the trade line.
In my opinion there are people with financial power (a lot of cash) that can change the direction of the trade in their favor.
They do this for make a very profitable trade, because with their action, they know the best time for open a trade in their favor.
On the other hand we have to understand when those guys decide to do a big operation and then start a trade. (and hoping that is the right moment )

ANY WAY there is the possibility to do scalping and I think that if someone do this kind of trading can easily don't care about a huge operation.

Who must to care about those operations, I think that who invest in long-term operation.

I think because coinbase is one very secured site the whale might not have any fear of losing the money though it is as huge as this. It might just be for storing purpose

Maybe you could be correct on that as well. But in any case I think the person choose coinbase for it's safety and security. So whatever the aim was the coin would be still be safe with coinbase

If I'm right I guess you sent it when coinbase as not delisted Ripple so obviously I might have even converted it to another coin if his country has the privilege to do that.

But the post didn't clarify that he sent it to coinbase so it could be used for gambling , he have a reason for sending the money to coinbase

I See that happening very soon, because when xrp make another push concerning the law suit another spark in price of the token may occur
