Many of you would have heard this phrase earlier I guess. The proverb indicates that you should have your aim high, should aim for the stars. You may fail and unable to hit the stars. But you will definitely hit the moon, because it's easier to aim to.

So in any kind of business, always try to aim for the high. If you can't achieve that 100% mark, but your effort to reach that hieight will surely lead to a target which will be at 80 % mark. Always have your morale high.

Hmmm. What a reasonable and meanable proverb. This is mean that who aim to get/earn small may not even able to get anything, but who's aim to get/earn big can definitely make it because the person will make a great effort and try as much as possible to achieve the goals.

makes sense, the stars are alot smaller to target compared to the moon, so there are certain hopes and dreams we might have to be better in life, and we may assume they are just to far from our reach or too hard to target, but that should not stop us, keep aiming for the very best and even when you find it hard to achieve this, you would definitely hit something good cause of your hard work ( the moon)

You're definitely right because the mindset is a very powerful tool and drive. The way your mindset is positioned is the way you'll likely achieve. If you have the mindset of just making it small then that's how it would be and if you mindset is tuned to achieving big things, then there no such thing as impossible. I read an inspirational book where a man had ideas but no money and he met an investors not minding the rags he wore, his mind was positive and the investors said and I quote "his clothes might have looked like rags but his mind was that of a king."

Setting targets don't have to be pressurizing because inasmuch as competition is good, the pressure is most definitely not a good idea. Setting targets like you said ia like a motivator and not a a pressurizer because pressure can lead to high blood pressure. Personally, I set targets to keep me updated, active and alert and even though I don't meet the target, I pat myself on the back for adhering to part of what i had set out.

That's true, there is nothing absolutely wrong in you dreaming big, but we should also remember that while we dream big, we need to also put in the works just so our dreams would not just end as a dream. There are so many people with big dreams but they all ended as just dreams cause they refused to put in the works.

If they set aside every bodies dreams you will be marveled by what you see,it's not bad to dream big but don't allow it cloud the small opportunities that comes by, alot of people have carried their big dreams beneath the earth.

Oh you actually hit the spot. This is where alot of persons don't get or should I say they miss it all. To achieve those big dreams, you need to start from somewhere. The funny thing is that some opportunities might come your way and you we see it as too small or it is no where related to your dreams, in any way but that could be what might make a way for what you really want.
