I'm attaching the screenshot of the status,I never tried contacting your surveys ,speak up surveys from adgate offerwall usually credit instantly while your surveys on adgate nearly takes months .I don't dare to try it usually .

it is best practice to contact them directly )from the form on the top right) regarding an issue with points credited or not as they will be able to best clarify the reason.

you can always let us know aswell and we will be happy to look into it and communicate on your behalf

We have figured everything out for the Amazon part and we pay in full with no service fee, ,but the paypal & other money transfers there seems to a cross border fee.

We are working towards bringing a better solution for our users and will keep you posted of the changes coming up.

trust me i want all of you to receive money in full and dont want middle party to make much of our activities.

this will take some time but we are working to bring a better solution.

Also | we have launched our new offerwall "Revenue Wall" going live tm r- I will be doing a post on this one so keep an eye out.

I have checked revenue wall ,it is good .I think Amazon vouchers are not Available for all countries , sometimes I prefer amazon.in vouchers. We hope the solution for fee problems come soon. Can you add tap research offerwall too ?.

thank you for the feedback. I suffered the same initially, but then was able to send en emil to them to make it work. I am in communication with them about this. I am sure by the time we go live with this fferwall it will all be set.
