I am not even an adslop administrator. I had a similar situation like you and it was resolved instantly using bitcoin payment. I would advise you to use ALTERNATIVES FOR PAYPAL. If you don't have BITCOIN WALLET, try PAYEER OPTION and request your withdrawal.

That will be a problem. Last time I checked, adslop had problems with PayPal service. I am not sure it has been resolved. Also, their website was down for a while. So if you think, you will get paid with PayPal, you can continue waiting for the payment.

There is no guarantee as other users have never confirmed payment through PayPal in this forum

Small update:-

We already paid all withdrawals* expect PayPal.
We are adding New CPM, high CPA Ads for users.
Weekly payments with 5$ minimum Form next week (Automatic withdrawal)


Why mostly CPA ads?

We also have many numbers of active CPM, CPC ads but as we offer keyword, Location, Device targeting they are not available for default worldwide traffic. So, to fill 100% ads space we used high-converting CPA ads by which our publisher doesn't lose money on blank or adslop own promotional advertisement.
