I'm very tempted to buy couple adsense micro niche sites with high paying keywords and low competition and also buy SEO service to rank the main keywords, after that will post 2-3 articles per week and hope for the best earnings.

Would this be a good investment for passive income, maybe in future flip the sites or not?
