Guys it's pretty bad when every time you complete an offer you have to message adgem support with the ad number from your phone. Which can be changed easily btw. Than your sent automated email, after automated email from their so-called support culminating in telling you it's going to take up to ten days to convert because they have to talk to the advertiser. The most recent time this happened today was very frustrating.
I've been playing King of Avalon for over a week to reach a level 17 stronghold. I immediately sent support a screenshot of that as well. I read online before I even wrote them, and saw many people disheartened by the fact that they had the same problem with the same game. So It's clear they do not have to talk to the advertiser as they claim is the reason it's going to take so long. It's just garbage customer service. Plain, and simple. This isn't the first time I've had this problem with adgem. Just more nerve wrecking because of the amount of points i'm waiting on.
I was waiting on even more from an offer on offertoro that I did simultaneously, and it converted in about ten minutes. I'm only writing to warn you that adgem is more trouble than they are worth. They make it out like your guilty of something until proven innocent in their automated emails. Like it's your fault that an offers not converting on a brand new phone, that's as old as the game installation itself. Good look guys, and steer carefully through adgem waters... Who knows if I even get my ~30 - 35 dollars in crypto. I feel like someone just beat me with a stick. hehe
