Guys it's pretty bad when every time you complete an offer you have to message adgem support with the ad number from your phone. Which can be changed easily btw. Than your sent automated email, after automated email from their so-called support culminating in telling you it's going to take up to ten days to convert because they have to talk to the advertiser. The most recent time this happened today was very frustrating.

I've been playing King of Avalon for over a week to reach a level 17 stronghold. I immediately sent support a screenshot of that as well. I read online before I even wrote them, and saw many people disheartened by the fact that they had the same problem with the same game. So It's clear they do not have to talk to the advertiser as they claim is the reason it's going to take so long. It's just garbage customer service. Plain, and simple. This isn't the first time I've had this problem with adgem. Just more nerve wrecking because of the amount of points i'm waiting on.

I was waiting on even more from an offer on offertoro that I did simultaneously, and it converted in about ten minutes. I'm only writing to warn you that adgem is more trouble than they are worth. They make it out like your guilty of something until proven innocent in their automated emails. Like it's your fault that an offers not converting on a brand new phone, that's as old as the game installation itself. Good look guys, and steer carefully through adgem waters... Who knows if I even get my ~30 - 35 dollars in crypto. I feel like someone just beat me with a stick. hehe

From the end of the Month 31 of july , you need to wait 30 net days.
So you Will receiv your payment on the first of September

Okay i understand. But i just checked my earnings for yesterday and today, they seems correct and matches with my user earnings. I didnt saw any doubt about earnings.

Another thing is, there is server time difference with Adgem and our site. I am not sure but maybe people calculating wrong without think that server time difference.

I have sent message them too about this situation, maybe they can come here to reply about it.

Be careful of Adgem.

We at getdoge.io and get-bitcoin.net have ofer 20 different offerwalls integrated. We do major revenue with them, about 20-30k monthly.

With AdGem we did not promote them at start, but after some month we promoted them a little better and revenues started increasing from 500$ monthly to 1000$ monthly to 2000$ monthly. We recieved all payments, everything was fine, until the last month when we made 3000$.

2 weeks ago we got our account cancelled, 4 days before payout, and a balance of 5500$ (3000 from previous month, and 2500$ from August). We can't access the account anymore.

We tried sending them emails to figure out the situation, but no answer from them.
Pretty bad Offerwall service if you do large numbers and have a large userbase.

Be carefull.

The payment thereshold for bank payments normaly is 500$.
We didn´t expected this payment , because we did not achieve the min of 500$.
Did the min thereshold droped ?

I just started using them and just setup payment since my revenue just hit $100+

Some of my users already withdraw their earnings. Would be a huge problem if I didn't get my payment.

And also, how are your experience with chargeback?

I have been working with AdGem for nearly 2 years and I have received prompt payments every month. However, I did not receive the payment for January 2023 (around $4,7k) and February 2023 (around $4,8k). I have tried to reach out to AdGem through email and livechat within the Dashboard but I have not received any response.
