A US regulator known as Brian Brooks recently said that banks can work as blockchain nodes that can be used for payment purposes. Banks will not be the controller of cash anymore as they will be integrated into the blockchain and this means it will be decentralized. I like this idea a lot and I would like to hear your opinions...

I too like the idea but then I don't think that bank will accept this idea because it will make them subject under blockchain. They will prefer where they will be in control

Since banks sees crypto as a threat I don't think they will accept such idea they rather prefer the method they use for cash transactions than the other

Ofcourse this has been the major challenge facing cryptocurrency in the world . The banking industry will never want it to be legalized because they will definitely lose .

It has come to be so the best banking industry can do now is how they can key into and possibly uses their long time experience and initiatives to rule the financial world

Yeah they have seen that more people are no more interested in banking transactions and are now interested in crypto transaction ,so it's a threat

The major areas where I feel this may affect them is international transactions where they enjoy some charges in which bitcoin can run such transactions with less than $1 otherwise domestic transactions still domicile in the bank.

Well , they have started making plans for this through adoption if digital version of fiat currency. China has been the first and Russia is on their own presently

Ofcourse but then I have also discovered that they have started a counter major through building fiat digital currency . This will still not change anything if I may say

basically late 2020 is an important period where a lot of countries took some serious steps in introducing crypto to the people, Nigeria for example is one country that evolved real quick in this domain, i hope other countries take that on consideration as well, there are some rumors about it being integrated in my country as well, i hope that those rumors are true

Some things starts from rumour so let hope it is implemented. Nigerians quickly embraced Crypto currencies because it was a good alternative to make money and making a living so that the boredom of unemployment can be out of place.

In addition , in Nigeria they believe so much in the potential of earning money online which has made them to took the risk at early days and invested in cryptocurrency .

This is a good idea if I'm to go by the news stated here. Let the banks also come into the world of cryptocurrency to help life a lot easier
