GST refers to Goods and Services Tax, right?
We have GST here too, at 6% at almost all the processed goods or foods.

Everything in new sure would be a bit confusing in the initial stage. :)
The merchants and consumers will get used to the new system sooner or later.

@riafa Too much damage is already seen. Most are not computer savvy and these small traders are suffering Even the so called one tax is not true either. There are about 7 different levels

Same thing happened here when the Malaysia govt. implemented GST regime 3 years ago, most of the small business suffered from not able to make their products or services complying with tax system.
And, inflation gone up a lot after the GST tax system implemented, local food price surged up almost 10%.
