its not scam, its paying. scam adviser is not a reliable source to say if shorteners are scam. Thus is why we are here and discuss it AND GIVING Payment proofs. STOP LOOKING At Stupid "% RISK" sites and start looking at forums , they are more reliable.

i look up too in scam adviser! if i need to view a website! i think nothing wrong, to view a site old or new ,and what is risky website! and scam adviser saved me from having a malware!

I Really Don't know what is your problem , you can freely think this is scam , tho it's still after So Long time Paying + i gave you bunch of proofs.

IDK , Read the rules, but i think it is allowed to use it... as far as the click counts and the user watches an ad or something
