1. it is adlinkfly script, just redesgined, it is relatively easy to edit design there.
2. it is not paying, if you search on youtube, there is only complaints about accounts being closed after withdraw so yeah

not sure about adlinkfly script yet. cause their api url looks different. i have seen many shortener with redesigned theme for adlinkfly but they all had same type of api url. also why go through all the trouble of redesigning the whole script while they can create one. also their counting clicks does not match with adlinkfly system as well.
but i also think its a scam cause their alexa rank shows very poor ranking.
