It has been reported that a bitcoin whale, which has not been moving for about 7 years, has been moving. According to the data tracking bot BTCparser, the total amount in motion is 10 thousand BTC. It was also reported that the addresses to which the transfer is made are not related to any exchange.
What do you think is the purpose of this transfer?

Since the address doesn't belong to any exchange , it means the Bitcoin is moved for security purposes. People have began to use hardware wallet

I think the movement of the bitcoin is as a result wealthy guy trying to diversify his assets by investing in bitcoin. With time will get to know the address that received the bitcoin.

yeah it is always like this. most times, because of peoples inert or latent need of fast profit, they miss the light in the tunnel. Certainly, bitcoin has been moving over the years and not many saw it.

It is true that bitcoin has always had a sustained growth and now it is that many people are waking up from the lethargy they were in and are realizing the benefits that BTC is giving.

I think the whales must have purchased bitcoin when the price was really low ,and they would be really making a lot of profit by now i think

You are right, the whales have been able to invest in the precise moments of recession and for this reason they have benefited the most from the increase in the price of BTC.

Yeah i really feel they benefited most because they actually know when and how to buy and sell to capitalise on the earning of those small traders

I think it for the price rising. Now the price touching the sky and holders was thinking that it is the best time to move the bitcoin.
Many exchanges also doing it that moving their hold bitcoin now.

In most cases the whales do a preliminary work on the behavior of prices and then invest in the cryptocurrency as well as when they can sell, although many of them invest in the future.

As its name says "whales", the biggest get the best benefits and the smallest we have to settle for the crumbs, but we must be attentive to when they invest in BTC for us to invest as well.

Yeah there are still some small professional traders that benefits from those whales investment , it all depends on the coin too i think that will determine

I wouldn't know if hard ware address can be tracked of it can't be then very likely it is moved to hardware address but if it can then it may be for dark web activities.

That's a large sum of money to move. Since they are not going to any exchange, it could be that the owner is taking profits now.
