So, you install the app and you will get paid every time you unlock your screen.
You are level 1 for the begining but you can grow in level, for that you need to do some task, instal app, play games...watch video...etc

Your earnings depends on your level. And i think isn't worldwide but you can try to install from google, search the app and install...

I've checked their website there is no country restriction or anything like this mentioned in their site!
They've might chosen some devices only which can install the app from google play that's why you're seeing this message! I think that downloading this app in your country is allowed because you found it on the store if you didn't find that app on the store then your country isn't on the list!

You have level 1 for first time, that's means you earn $0.001 for every unlock.
I think they have restriction for countries.
They pay in paypal every end of month with minimum $3.
Try it
