Like the title says, what is your favorite? Do you like trend indicators or overpriced and overbought? And of course, why?

I think to get the best of the forex trading, it is better to get the mixture of these two indicators. While a trader will use one to identify when a currency strength lies, he can also use the other to know the pairs that are currently trending.

Most of these indicators if not all of them work together. If you combine two or three of them you will achieve better results than the person using only one indicator. Each of them has a particular work they do.

I agree with you. Diversification even in the use of indicators is very important. It is through checking more than one indicator that you will be more sure of what you are placing.

Yeah that is true, I have also experiment with Fibonacci Retracement tool, it is nice for knowing levels on the chart, when price is around 61.8% it mostly retrace, I'm currently back testing with that, it is one of my favorite indicators in the forex markets, it is also not complex to use.

less is better concerning indicators, believe it or not. 99% of indicators are lagging behind what is actually happening. im now almost on a basic clean chart, just with 1 or 2 basic indicators. what happened in the past doesnt promise it will happen in the future. but you should always look left to the previous price action in all time frames, especially from the 15 min to the daily, to get a reference. then before taking any trade, i check out volume of shorts or longs, then i go opposite of what the majority of traders are doing. just like the market makers.

i use trade ats v5.0 as a reference for volume, stop loses of other traders, among other things. i have it loaded in a separate chart window on a different template. trade ats gives some great info. you can find trade ats for free, even thou its a monthly paid subscription.

I have many strategy that I make use of different indicators. But the one that I do use for all my strategy is moving average but I don't use it alone as I use it along side other indicator.
There are times that u don't use ant indicator but use only candle and 4 hours time frame.

I think my favourite is actually trading with different moving average pattern ,I think trading with proper experience is actually so important ,you should take cognizance of that first before anything
