This may have a huge effect on the business industry. I think that we must raise more and more awareness related to scams. We also need to protect ourselves and other businesses. My friend has a small business (a milk tea shop), and some of the issues she has faced and continues to face this year are inflation, increased competition, and customer loyalty. I suppose that inflation is here to stay. Everything is becoming more expensive, thus some people are having to reduce their spending. So, instead of spending money on milk tea, they would buy food to fill their stomachs. Furthermore, other milk tea shops opened in their area and some of her customers moved there since they served cheaper milk tea beverages. My friend must step up her game or risk losing her milk tea business.

This is so true. It's really hard out here for small businesses to get funding. The economy is crazy right now with prices going up so much. Really hope things turn around soon.
