The problem I might have with this company is that they tend to have the middle east as their target market and not the global market. Why would their site be in Arabic? That doesn't seem like they care about global market. Their service offerings are fantastic if they have built efficiency.

Before any organisation or company bring their products to the international market, they test it themselves in the country of origin, to know if it's acceptable or not and also to help boost their economy in opportunities relating to modern day technology. So i believe afterwards they might consider moving into the international market.
