I do not think Facebook accept referral link advertising as they blacklist most of the affiliate links that means you need to advertise elsewhere because link is blocked before purchasing CPC campaign for example.

On the hand, you're right,the company considers these to be misleading and against its advertising policies. So, if you're looking to promote an affiliate offer on Facebook, you'll need to find another way to do it without including the link in the ad.
