Seems like you've forgotten how things went. The deal we made was in 2019 and yes, you did send me the Neteller and I sent you my PayPal. But there was an issue since PayPal was taking fees and you didn't want to accept it so you just returned it back to me but I have already spent the Neteller by that time. I said I will pay you back later when I have available and I did that last year. I sent your Neteller back and paid you a couple dollars extra for waiting such a long time. I also said I will pay you a couple dollars extra(on top of your money+the extra I already paid you) in the future when I have available, but I am 100% sure I sent your entire money back and also extra.

Lol seems like you remember everything but you don't remember that you never paid me extra amount which you promised even after months and the fact is I never bothered you with message or email. I have already paid you some extra(from what I remeber it was like 5$ extra for 15$ I owed you) when I initially returned your money. I clearly said that maybe I will pay you some more in the future, but your money and some extra amount was already sent to you. So I really don't know why you keep bothering with this, since you got your money back plus commissions.
