Most time, while trying to talk on bilateral or sometimes multilateral trade or in other aspects, government of a country may need to host another country(ies) government for discussion. This may no doubt cost some money to the host government.

The job may rest on the minsiter of foreign affairs. I want to know how much it may cost government to host government of another country.

They spend alot to make other government feel comfortable while in the country. This can be from accomodations to feeding and genersl wellbeing. so it will be about $3000

They will spend more when we even talk about the security that they need to provide for those government. Ask then the accomodation too will gulp money.

Yes I forgot to add security which is very important. A country like Nigeria with high risk of insecurity will need to hire more securities for visiting governors.

It will be embarrassing for a visiting government to be exposed to any lapses of the host government. In some instances, where the visiting government comes with entourage, there still need to have provision for them

Exactly it would a big blow to such a nation that has a national lapses in security. This will be why more money will be expended. Since more security will be needed.

In the first instance, government of other countries always want to make sure that their security is guaranteed before visiting another country.

Definitely, all protocols would have been instated before they are invited in the first place. So they could spend up to $5k in most cases to cover enough security.
