I have about $53 worth of Hi dollar at the moment. KYC verification have proved elusive for me to withdraw my funds. I've tried using my national identity card for the verification, it failed to get verified. I really don't know the kind of document which this Hi.com needs before I can get verified.

The truth of the matter is Hi dollars is beginning to follow the pattern of pi coins and it's not the right thing.
