When you join any business as a sales person, you will be assigned some objectives. You will need to achieve the objectives to get some additional bonuses, and such bonuses are very lucrative. My friend recently got a bonus of a foreign trip.
When asked how he can manage such sales, he told me that he pays some commission out of his own pocket to reach the goals. It's a nice business tactics considering the bonuses he gets are very lucrative. Do you think this a proper way to give incentives from own pocket to gain higher bonuses?
