When you join any business as a sales person, you will be assigned some objectives. You will need to achieve the objectives to get some additional bonuses, and such bonuses are very lucrative. My friend recently got a bonus of a foreign trip.

When asked how he can manage such sales, he told me that he pays some commission out of his own pocket to reach the goals. It's a nice business tactics considering the bonuses he gets are very lucrative. Do you think this a proper way to give incentives from own pocket to gain higher bonuses?

One of the strategies people use whenever they are starting their business is that they will tell people when they buy certain amount of product they will be given some for free.

The amount of product you buy will determine the kind of incentives you will be given.

I think that strategy is one of the best some people have used to make their business very popular. Giving of discounts is also one of the best and it is usually done in black Fridays for example in some marketplaces.

Whatever incentives you decide to give should not be at the detriment of your profit.
I believe quite well that those discount been given is actually used to persuade people to purchase the product and most it really works like magic , it's good for new business to run all these promotion ,they could boost and grow their business up to the expectations many wants

It is actually one of the best business strategies they use to attract a lot of customers.

In this part of the world, during the Black Friday promo so many people always go shopping because every product will be at a great discount.

I wonder if at such discounts whether the business ventures actually makes profit from it. But the thing is that the number of people who are going to purchase things that day will be huge.

It mainly depends on you though and the kind of relationship you have with the workers. truth be told in most cases it might not be worth it, due to the fact that most of them may not value it. At my previous work place, i do give out to does under me from my personal pocket.

The black Friday is actually a very big promo day for many business , many business are running the black Friday option , like they actually get to buy products at a very reduced price and that's actually a good thing

Yes thats right people are able to buy things at an reduced price and therefore this method helps peopld buy things they need indeed at lower costs and with an degree of appreciation as well indeed .

Some people are able to buy things at an reduced price , the thing is that they would need to understand the factors or Scheme that they would have to put into consideration to actually purchase the desired level of product

Having to pay commisions out of one's own pocket might have both advantages and disadvantages. Both positively and badly, it can result in greater sales and revenue as well as financial distress and unethical behaviour. Businesses should carefully weigh the advantages and disadvantages of such strategies to make sure they are consistent with their beliefs and objectives.

I think it's actually a good business for him if the amount he would be receiving in return is actually okay , many business men and women are actually running this chapter of business and they even receive more money and others off that process

If the commission on offer is something tangible, then there is no harm in getting incentives from your own pocket to earn it. Be sure it is negligible. So for me, it is hugely dependent on the perks that come from completing the sales.

We need to ensure that we are established before we start such a step. This is because if we don't plan it well, we may start using our profit for the incentive. That's why we need to make sure we are established first.

most business men and women sees this as actually one means to actually get more sales , they give out incentives couple of times and others , they give them in the particular process of getting more sales

It's only better for the startup business and the established business. A business that is just growing should not engage in this. It may be very difficult for such a business to make it to the success ladder.

Giving incentives from your pocket may not be good enough. I think I prefer it when you give your workers the bonus from the company's money and later calculate your profit.

If they actually don't have the financial capacity it would be best for them not to adopt it , it all boils down to the business financial capacity ,as that would actually determine a lot of factors that would be considered

There are many schemes that business owners always involve in, in the course of making sure that he generates profit from its customers. But not all these schemes are very viable to practice.

Offering incentives to customers or potential customers can be a double-edged sword. On the one hand, it can be a great way to attract new customers and build loyalty among existing customers. But on the other hand, it can also be costly and eat into your profits if not done carefully

Offering incentives out of your own pocket can definitely be worth it, if done correctly. However, it's important to carefully consider the costs and benefits before making a decision. For example, if you're giving incentives to motivate your team to reach a certain goal, you need to make sure that the cost of the incentives is less than the potential benefits of reaching the goal.

I believe It's essential to weigh the pros and cons of offering incentives before making a decision to ensure the investment generates a positive return. Well-executed incentives can help boost employee morale, increase engagement, and ultimately drive business success.
