Exodus
Exodus is a beginner friendly cryptocurrency wallet for a desktop. It is a relatively new but easy to use software wallet thanks to it nice and clean interface that is beginner friendly. Exodus was officially launched in Q2 2017 and has since grown to become one most easy to use cryptocurrency wallet. Exodus wallet boost of a beautiful, clean and simple interface. It is designed to be easy to use by people who are new to cryptocurrency and have never used an exchange. It tries to eliminate all technical overhead and make sure users are able to perform available actions in an easy and straightforward manner.

Exodus Wallet currently supports over 60 different cryptocurrencies. Exodus Wallet also supports exchanging of cryptocurrencies via it built in exchange which currently supports Changelly, ChangeNow, and CoinSwitch.

Pros:
1. Beginner Friendly: Exodus wallet is currently one of the recommended wallets for beginners due to its intuitive interface and easy setup process. All tasks like storing, sending, receiving and exchange of cryptocurrencies can easily be performed in the app and one don't need a crypto expert in order to use the app.
2. Well Documented: A well-written documentation about the wallet is available on its website that covers a wide variety of topics. Exodus also has a support team ready to answer any questions you have relating to using the app.
3. Support A Wide Variety Of Coins: Exodus wallet support a wide variety of popular coin like Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin etc. It currently supports +60 different cryptocurrencies.
4. Built-In Exchange: Exodus wallet has a built-in exchange which supports ChangeNow, Changelly and CoinSwitch. This makes it really easy for users to exchange their cryptocurrencies directly in the app.

Cons:
1. Not Suitable For Large Asset: It is not advisable to store large asset on software wallet due to the potential risk of losing asset due to hack and viruses. Instead, the large asset should be stored on a hardware wallet. Even the developers of Exodus wallet advise users about this.
2. Relatively New: Exodus wallet is a relatively new wallet, although users have access to their private key/credentials, it is important to note that the Exodus wallet is mostly closed sourced. But based on feedback it seems the company behind this wallet can be trusted cause one of its key developers has created a lot of open source libraries that are being used in the crypto community.
3. Lack of mobile support.
4. Currently lacks two-factor authentication and Multisig Support.

Exodus is a desktop Cold storage wallet with no encryption.
Exodus is the first desktop wallet that offers full compatibility with ShapeShift.
Exodus is multi-currency wallet it supports many altcoins apart BTC, like BAT, ETH, ETC, LTC, SALT etc.
Exodus can be used for Mac, Windows and Linux
Users own their private keys with Exodus, and exodus even encrypts them.
Exodus has built-in exchange facility for coin swap.

What are your review about this wallet?

Exodus has to be the prettiest interface of any wallet out there, and simple enough for even a newbie like me to get to grips with, I mean some wallets out there are like a complete beginner walking into the etherdelta exchange, the learning curve is really steep with some of them.

But not Exodus.

Minus points, the fees are high, and unless you have 0.006 of any of the supported currencies then its impossible to exchange, send or do anything.

Plus points are that this is such an easy wallet on the eye, and simplicity of use, and as a major plus point there is now a new version which I got yesterday called Exodus Eden which supports ripple, and a few other erc20 tokens.

Exodus does offer encryption. It offers the secret key and it can protect the desktop storage just fine. I think compared to most of the wallets out there seems to be good enough. And that's the thing we can see most of the time such desktop can be good.

@Prouty Fees is a bit odd; Exodus charges transaction fees as a service provider for processing payment, it is paid to blockchain network and are not kept by Exodus. So it is Blockchain which is charging heigh fees.

Its a little strange with the fees thing. You are right the wallet do charge a processing charge which they spread across the network, It makes it look like the fees are high...

As @Mr. B informed in his experience, he too was quit surprise with high fees; but it was rush time, so he was satisfied due to fast transaction. So this is to use only on rush hour.

i wouldn't mind them ripping a dollar from me :p
You will if you deal with hundreds of small $5 payments per day or week. Paying $1 when you supposed to pay $0,10 is a big difference in this case.

I heard about it yesterday when I was searching for good wallets for lite coin. I hope it's compatible with Indian users and we can easily sell and buy from it. So that it'll be better then coinbase which has a very high fee.

Exodus is one of the most important wallet when i first know it.
But i never invest in the program for one day i think that is good for me because i need to observe some enlightenment before taking part in any program or investing i need to learn how its work.

So this one is still working good? I need a wallet for bitcoin.. to be able to recv. and spend.. please someone let me know if this one is still a good one or not..

I have not really used this wallet before but I wish to know if this wallet is to be used offline or one must be connected to the internet and does it mean that the wallet can't store bitcoin from the postal statement below "Exodus is multi-currency wallet it supports many altcoins apart BTC, like BAT, ETH, "

Heard lot of good reviews about exodus regarding security options , but exodus do not have a android wallet , Hopefully they will introduce it

They have mobile support.

Very surprisingly, I downloaded Exodus this evening because I needed a wallet to replace my Trust Wallet. Couldn't find my way round the interface. Didn't where to set up my LTC wallet and it was the only wallet that I saw different networks of LTC.
