BTCXIndia.com might be a legit site but let me tell you my experience. The verification of my uploaded documents is pending since 4 months. I contacted their customer service several times but no one has helped me. I thought I was the only one who had gone through this but I found many people complaining about their service and support. On the other hand I didn't face any hassle with Zebpay.

Our Country is moving toward digital world smoothly and slowly;Although i have heard it about in youtube many are talking about it and support was very bad thats why i didn't used their service and not recommend to others as may it will be closed again like last time ;thanks!!...

Is this wallet just for the indians,the transaction fees of just 1 percentage is fair enough but the issue is the security of the coins.Hope one coins would remain intact at the end of the day.It would be a cool site if funds are safe,
