getting YouTube viewers and subscribers can be a hectic thing. I you say that just post viral videos. Videos that people would actually wanna watch, it will take a while but with a lil patience one can get there.

that's a good point but which the kind of videos do you think that people want them?
there are many different fields (sports, News, Games...)

Content is the most important thing. I know someone who was showing comic videos, and that didn't work. After that, he changed his channel's content to Free Fire and achieved many views. You must choose the field where there are not many competitors

You don't have to talk to gather views, a lot of people are getting views without it already . The average quality should be only 1080p since not everyone can afford 4k, most of youtube views are from phones

You can post your videos on social media. This way you get more viewers, if you want to post I advise that you post in niches that are compatible with your YouTube channel.

Good advice , in addition adding a catchy titles , that are not clickbait will go along way , in helping people to click the videos .

2)Add captions in the video wherever possible.

4)Personally contact people and share your video/channel links. Yet do it in a gradual way otherwise people might resist it.
5)Use good hashtags and a good description of the content for each video.
