I dont think the 200k are satoshis but credits.
I know ,virtualpub goes offline sometimes in the morning .
Now the website is online, you should withdraw your 200k credits (you will receive around 21000 satoshi right now).
I see now the conversion rate on the website displays 3784$ , yesterday i withdrawn 200k credits and i have received 19980 satoshi as you can see the last payment proof above and the bitcoin price was around 4174 $ and was keep growing.

Nah, you can't predict bitcoin price very accurate just to know when to withdraw from virtualpub.
Just play, claim and when you have 200k credits (or at least 50k credits minimum) only then you can wait a bit for the price to drop but for few extra satoshis is not worth the risk to keep waiting. You never know when a website can disappear or close so withdrawn satoshis in your wallet are better/safer than the satoshis from/on your account balance.

Yes and No. If the bitcoin price keeps growing you will earn more dollars in the value but many websites will fall as they can't be self-sustained from ad networks and basically you will have less opportunities to earn in bitcoin.

So answer is No. It is a bad idea to keep your hard earned satoshi in a balance on a website if you have the chance to withdraw. You never know when a site can shut down / turn into scam and you will cry for your satoshis.
Even if a website promises a bonus (interest) for keeping satoshis on balance it is still a bad idea to keep bitcoin on another website.
Safest bitcoin is in your wallet and not on a random balance on a random website even if the website is very popular and very old and legit and trusted.
You never know when a website will shut down or when a website will increase the fees for withdraws due to price of bitcoin.

Exchanges are not trusted and not recommended to store bitcoins because of many reasons such as :
1. we know hackers like to launch cyber attacks on exchanges to steal cryptocurrencies.
2. Exchanges obeys to laws from the country where is registered and you never know when that government shuts down the exchange website or suspend the website for long time for investigations.
3. Exchanges obey to bitcoin regulations so some countries are banned from using services (example coinbase).

Localbitcoin is recommended only if you earn fast, enough bitcoin and you want to sell it fast. Or if you have saved bitcoin in your wallet and you want to sell it .
(Remember never sell big amounts of bitcoins because of many reasons such as :

Did you try to refresh your browser, clear cache and cookies etc?
Did you come right and is everything working again?
