@Kambas there are restrictions for withdraw as I experienced they have points system. You can withdraw certain amount of your deposit than you need some refferals to get points for withdraw

Okay thanks for the correction because so far I have not experienced any withdraw restrictions.
I deposited about $15 and so far made 2 withdraws for a total of 200 Rubles.

There is not written anywhere in your screenshot that you don't have cashpoints. Else that could be shown on withdraw page like seen on my withdraw page. You have refferals that's why you are not facing that problem. Though some of your refferals will surely face this
