i created an account for my daughter who lives 100 miles from me, different ip and different wallet but i used same password as my own account (for simplicity) , she was using it for a few weeks then both our accounts were frozen, only explanation from the incompetent staff was same password, i explained but to no avail. "Rules are rules" was what i was told, i did not make even 1 sat in commission as you only got commission of offerwall, my daughter just used EC as a wallet, it was not my intention to defraud, just introducing my daughter to the world of cryptocurrency... most worrying to me is that the staff have access to passwords, i thought these were encrypted on legit sites

They should give you just a warning for that. But apparently, some admins on EC take the rules too literally...
Every site which has integrated password recovery system can find your password in their database. This is a reason why I always advise my referrals to use a different password for every site. Of course, most website owners are fair and storage users password just in case they forgat them. But, always there is someone who just collects passwords and later tries to access user accounts on other platforms... On sites with encrypted passwords, you don't have the option to recover your account because only you know your password. But, unfortunately, a very small portion of websites actually uses encrypted passwords.

I have already mentioned that I am one of the members whose account is banned by the site. The reason for banning me is more than one account. big lie. but today I did something to justify them. I opened a new account.
they never develop themselves. so far they have not yet established a system that prevents multiple accounts. I didn't even notice this thread turn into scam...
I already talked about the reason why EC has a huge number of frozen accounts and today I'm gonna show you a proof. This is my faucet, but if they cheat on my faucets they probably cheat on other faucets too. In last 24h my antibot system permanently banned 5 users from my faucets, this guy is one of them:
Captcha failed attempts

Antibot links failed attempt

and at the end permanent ban from the faucet. I don't ban users for the wrong captcha but if they have more then 5 wrong captchas and at least one wrong antibot link script automatically banned them from a faucet. This is just one guy, I have 5 more:

I have a contact form and live chat on all my faucets and you guys would be surprised how much cheaters contact me and ask why I banned them... I always replay on all messages and sometimes I even unban some users but after few days they just make a new mistake. I mean, who can make more than 5 wrong answers on simple Recaptcha? For hcaptcha and solve media I understand some users can enter one or two wrong answers and that is a reason why I allow that much wrong answers but when someone is constantly wrong I can't do anything except to ban his account. Previously I used IP ban, but that affects my other users too and I decided to make the change and ban only EC ID. But this is not a perfect solution because the same user can just create a new account on EC or any other platform and just start again with a new address or EC ID.

I don't defend Express Crypto but all those problems with frozen accounts could be resolved if all users just verify their accounts. Express Crypto try to implement this strategy, this even still possible but it is not mandatory for everyone, but users just didn't want to verify their accounts. A lot of them even complain that this method attacks their privacy... I mean, this is just phone number. Nobody asks them to send ID images and their selfie... Right now probably around 5% Express Crypto have verified accounts and they have 0 chance to be frozen if somebody uses same Ip address or password.

The platform is not perfect but they will launch more updates in the future. Also, I have one question for everyone who reads this thread: If they are Scammers would be easier for them just to ban one faucet owner with $100 on his account instead 2000 users with $0.10 or less on their accounts?

If ExpressCrypto is not really a SCAM, it will have to prove and solve all problems.

FaucetHub had a lot of problems but was always active fixing these issues and talking to users.

Yes, I have 39 faucets on EC platform, just like dutchybeatz , faucetspro.com, dogemate.com, luckybits, autofaucet.org and many others, and we will see what they have to say. But if you look everything only as a black or white every faucet should be changed from Legit into Scam because on every platform there is at least one user which is unhappy. Last night few users complain about CoinPot too and jet they are one of the most trusted platforms which are online over 3 years... I had problem with Faucethub but I never write about that on any forum. When Faucethub closed I lost around $15 because I bought 5 months of premium membership and in reality, I was a premium user only for 2.5 months. Now my premium membership is probably active on their new platform which I don't even use. They didn't offer me an option for a refund and I still didn't call them scammers.
EC has problems, I don't deny that. I even mentioned a few times how bad their moderators are. But right now only EC and FaycetPay have the perspective to become new Faucethub. I tried KSwallet and Cedsonhub too but they are not even close...

great..we're not talking about an ordinary tap that has hundreds of it.we are talking about a wallet that houses these taps. I think you are the one with the most number of taps on this platform. You probably wouldn't, and if they are scammers why would they put that information on the main page...
About a number of my faucets: I like to use different API for every faucet, that is a reason why I have 39 listed faucets on their list. That allowed me to compare my statistics from script and statistics from API and see how much payments are completed in the last 24h
Right now I'm testing FaucetPay and I have plans to start one doge faucet there. I research them and they also have a big problem with bots. For example, they have over $50 confiscated from fraudulent accounts in just last 30 days.

What do you think, how much accounts were frozen because of that? You probably don't have an idea. But they also ban suspicious users, every micro wallet do that.

There are already similar complaints on these pages. is this something that cannot be understood? in what other terms can we describe it?

I know, and that is a reason I never wrote they are Legit. I just shared my opinion because I didn't have any problems with them but I'm aware that other users lost their accounts because some moderators didn't want to give them a second chance or didn't want to admit system mistake. I was here when all that happened and I tried to help in resolving the issues. But I'm only faucet owner there, not owner or moderator...
About another micro wallet provider: I completed tests with their API, and in next day or two, I will send there first 1k dogecoins and start the first faucet. After that, I will be active on their thread too.

Same story they did before and look out again for a change in domain name, they are known before as qwero faucet or just qwero payment hub, refer to google.

They allow you as active as you can get as long as you don't withdraw your earnings, when you start to withdraw it's a different story they will ban you for good and confiscate your withdrawal and will accuse you of abusing their system. same story they tell but they change websites from time to time, same script.

a lot of faucet owner in expresscrypto was stunned by my words here i directed them here to show them, they said why did i not warned them before. i just said im giving second chance to expresscrypto they might change their ways. i was hoping to get a positive action from them this time but they did not change. it's them to be blame, not me.

EC stole my funds which were not earned through any of their faucets, but were funds that i sent from another site which offers EC as a microwallet, my daughters funds which were also stolen were only from faucets, i say "stolen" as they freeze accounts with no possibility of unfreezing or of withdrawal.
so happy to see this is now marked as a Scam site...
