Have you ever had an amazing idea to create a game but you never did because of not knowing how to program?

I wonder how many people here want to learn game programming and what kind of game would they like to create ? Horror, Adventure , Action ? Sport game perhaps ?

I had created a android game X/O in Android Studio using basics in Kotlin language and now i try te learn Java to create my own game. by the way i'm just a beginner :).

i love adventurous games that is why i would love to create one. but yeah i do not know how to create.

I always wanted to build the adventure game. I have learned c#. But I have not much aware of the Unity programming. I want to make 2D games though. I have no interest in 3D games. So that's something I would want to proceed with. Currently my interest is more into the game backgrounds and the AI logic building for the game. Hopefully that is something I can learn over a period of time.

Would be so cool if you keep updating us if you ever decide to create the games . Who knows , if your game ends up on Steam market then we might end up buying it ! = )

Do you still have your app? Have any of your friends tried it ? Maybe you should let people from BeerMoneyForum test your app and give you reviews, what you could potentially fix I'm impressed btw.

For someone like me who love anime, I would say I would like to create GALGAME but it is not like reading pictures and scripts (usual GALGAME) but actually you are like playing like when you watch anime. BTW, adventurous RPG games really appeal to me though, it makes u play longer and enjoy the games with the customization in the way u want

Well, if I'm to do that, I would love to program football game or an advanture. I love football much more than other games.

Oh, I love Adventure games as well. Adventure games are fun and exciting, You discover a lot of things in new journey most of the time, enemies are so hard that is why the game is so challenging whic makes it fun, eitherway, I love both open world and adventure games.

RPG games are also one of my top list. so sad, I am so busy making money online and I can't play more games anymore.

Maybe you can learn how to make a game ? = ) It requires a programming knowledge and a lot of dedication and ofc you need to have passion for it.When you finish the game and if you plan to release it on some platform then you gonna need testers.You will need to hire them or maybe you will find some volunteers ^^

Yeah bettter release the game on different platforms to increase the chance of earning as well as most people can play on what platform/console they have and they have not obliged to buy a different console just to play the games.

I am a software developer, and I have always dreamed to be part of creating multiplayer online battle arena type of games (MOBA) --woah what a dream Sad part is, although I am a software developer, I lack in knowledge on how to create such gaming softwares. Maybe someday I'll figure it out.

I can learn unity tool though. But the C# part is not going to be away in a while. For that you can see that one has to be learning slowly. And that seems to be the only way to develop more stronger game. I have learned that people who are good with game programming learn C# and javaa. so I think I have no option on that front either. So that's something people have to learn if they have game development plan.

Yeah and some of them tend to release new stuff like for example skins which only allow them to profit even more.I think your idea is really cool actually, maybe you can make the anime game more story based ? I think people would love that .

I guess you want to make some game similar to FIFA and PES ? Thats an enormous project which requires so much knowledge and dedication but im sure if you put your time into it you can create something like that . Obviously its gonna take you a lot of time since FIFA and PES are huge games.

Yes, it is. It takes months to even crack the FIFA 17 game.

I used to work at Gameloft and it would take lots of time to test the apps and make sure they worked. Trust me, it's not easy at all to make a game work. We were a team of 22 people and there were still problems on the live version.

Wow, gameloft. Android game company! what is your current occupation right now? Full-time earning online?
