There are many people who like to change their niche and business options regularly they mostly launch a business and if it is success they mostly sell it at any good offer that they can find for their businessetup and they look to move forward to operating a new business.

Many people do so and it is personal choice of anyone in. a buisness if you would do sp at what percentage of growth would you be doing it ?

Correct, I could not want to sell my business for any amount of money as long as they are getting me profit. If I could sell my property to others to make money I would sell them for a billion dollars and not for peanut.
I have a business that is getting me money and don't have plans to sell..

There are a few problems with selling a business which might be running in an efficient manner. When you sell a really profitable business, you would basically be losing a source of income. The offer you may be getting might be really good one. However, the main problem is the fact that you will be facing a lots of problems once your money is finished. Your offspring may also may never be able to inherit that business.

Many people do not think along this line of thought. Most of them are really interested in the financial benefits without looking at the future.
Why should someone be willing to sell something that brings him income on a daily basis..

Business mean so many things to different people and aim and purpose of establishing the business defers. One of the concept of a business is the concept of continuity and I will like my business to continue than selling it off after it has make progress.

No one with a good business sense would sell a profitable business for peanuts. People sell their business when they get a lucrative offer for it.
One of our friends started a good IT service company seven years back. He spent a lot of time and effort to make it profitable. The company picked up well but then had a setback during lockdown and Covid. It was actually in loss for more than a year. He was offered peanuts by few during that. But he was not tempted to sell it for peanuts due to loss. He retained the business, kept working on it and in another few years post pandemic, the company has reached new heights. He has been recently offered a huge handsome offer by one of the leading MNC who want to acquire. He is contemplating on negotiations and fetching some more money out of them. He plans to let them acquire it. He would be a filthy rich person if the deal is settled after all the negotiations. He plans to take an early retirement and try his hands on doing organic farming, something he always wanted to do. He is also an artist by hobby and wants to have a personal studio in his house and spend some time there daily.
So, he has his reasons and a good business logic behind letting his profitable business go.
That is very true and I firmly support this your argument. People sell off their businesses due to lack of profit in that business. Most successful business man and woman will want to keep their business for more profit making.

The main purpose of starting a business is for it continuity and not for resale in future time. Every business owners are after profit from the business and will not want to sell that business as long the business is giving them good profit.

From your write up above, this is simply starting up a business for the purpose of reselling. Though some people might be doing this but it actually contradict the principle of continuity in business. The main am of every business owner is to make profit, so why selling a profitable business.

That would be my opinion but different people have several opinion too. I would not sell any of my business but I have seen a company passing through liquidation sell off their shares to different people entirely..

I see a lot of people claiming that they are willing to sell their business when it's mature and successful and then go through the tiring work again to establish another business. Well, they have their own reasons for saying such but I do believe that it's better to handle your business yourself especially when it's successful because you will make more in the long run.

Selling a business might not be that easy. When you sell your business, you must make sure that you start a new business. This could be pretty hard thing to do, even though you may have capital at hand. This is why selling a successful business could be a very important decision due to these complications and reasons.

I will not advice or encourage anyone to sell their existing businesses that are raking in money for them. This is because the stress and time of starting a new business could be very difficult thing to do. I will not sell my own business..

Is it really necessary to sell a business that you nurse from the foundation to the peak of success and you want to sell it off.
It will not really make any sense.
Though this may depends on circumstances that will prompt you to sell it

That is different strokes for different folks. There are folks out there that are building a business that they intend to sell for a billion dollars after a few years. They are not interested in nurturing business like other people who would like to transfer to their offspring. They are never interested in such business..

I know that there would be people who will be willing to sell their website as long as the websites are generating traffic. They could sell it if they have a right price.
But I would not sell anyone of my business that brings income for me..

I like to stick with one business and grow it as much as I can. Changing too often means starting over and you might never reach your full potential. But, if an offer comes that is double my initial investment, I might have to seriously consider it.

Every business owner is to see his business become profitable to him. Most men would not like to sell their business that are making money for them on daily basis. But everyone has different motives for running a business. Many people would jump to sell whenever a good bid comes to sell the business..

i believe it's good to stick with one business if you have a clear vision of where you want to take it. However, if an opportunity arises that aligns with your long-term goals, it can be wise to explore it and see if it will help you reach your full potential.

Most people who has a good business they run would like to pass it on to their offspring as an inheritance. But it depends on what the owner of the business wants. Most people would like to sell off such business and use the cash for other different projects..

i think Selling a business can bring immediate financial liquidity that may be useful for personal reasons, such as retirement or investing in new ventures. It can also relieve the owner of the responsibilities and complexities of running a business, allowing them to pursue other interests or spend more time with family.

A person can decide to sell off his shares in a business if the company is running into bankruptcy and managing the finances become very difficult for him. Many people has bought over company like this just because the owner can not be able to manage such business..
