I have the domain, is actually a .net, the problem is I cant afford webhosting, would love to start a blog reviewing best advertising networks and monetization tips, tricks.

Do you know free cPanel web hosting?

Be careful, you gotta try each and every free Cpanel provider and check if they show ads on your sites.

In my opinion, the best free blog with free web-hosting is https://www.blogger.com by Google.

There's also free blogger themes, and you can focus on building content.
Because without content and backlinks = ZERO REVENUE from blogging.

I have read that there is no ads and hidden costs for 000webhost.com. I might try this as I am planning to set up a blog for making money and also learning WordPress.

Yes they offer limited features hosting on their site. They may add their own limitations because they have to pay the bills for the hosting. I am guessing that it'd be easier for such hosting to give out hosting if they make money in forums.

They can shutdown/suspend your host at anytime, they will say that you are abusing the fair use due to high ram usage , high bandwidth traffic , high cpu load ...etc They will force you to upgrade to the premium paid host or lose your data

00webhost offer free cpanel access. I have used them before but in my opinion they were not the best-free host that I could use at the time. I moved onto a different free-forum host and they were much better and than 00webhost, if your looking for a free host with cpanel access 00webhost is the way to go.

I just received an email from 000webhost that there is a new feature: All the websites will get one hour of sleep everyday.
It doesn't seem good if the website needs to be on all the time, otherwise I guess we have to switch to another web hosting or a paid one.

Free websites are always not good at all.. When it comes to uptime, sitespeed etc.. But there are quite a few free Web hosting networks.. 000 webhost, hostinger, etc.. Better to go with a premium plan..

You can go with DopeHosting, a new hosting company which provide cPanel webhosting for free, you can get cheap domain name there also, with an 24/7 support.

One of my friends have been using blogger.com for a long time now but the only thing is that you would be having a blogspot,com as the extension and she is using it with all her affiliate programmes.So you can use the Google platform free of charge.

Recently checked the rules of x10hosting. it seems to be good in many ways if you ask me. somme of the time such hosting can be good for the small pages hosting. and it can earn you enough for the paid hosting. but at the end it's better to pay and get the paid hosting. it's not much expensive thesse days.

If I am not mistaken, you can still host at Blogger, but link to your own domain. There is an option to do so, but I haven't try that out, as I am still using the free Blogger extension for blogging.

Infinity hosting is one that I have found recently. it seems to be good for the small content and data. so I'd surely recommend that if you are into this type of the work. I guess if you wish to work with the cpanel then this may not be the one you can use. as they have vista panel.
