Paypal integrated Crypto currencies into their system since last year, maybe the features has not been made available for location as you know paypal is sensitive to location.

So many peer-to-peer platforms do not screen its members thoroughly. They would allow you send your cryptocurrency and will never sent the fiat currency equivalent. I am always sceptical of the platform.

That's absolutely true I think of PayPal is even giving more consideration attention to cryptocurrency transactions on their platform now than the paypal funds transactions.
The crypto transactions are first of all lightning fast and also the fees is nearly negligible, also you can send small amounts to people anywhere in the world.
