I'm from Argentina. This country has close to zero offerwalls, surveys, offers, etc. I simply can't work on sites that offers mobile apps, paying surveys, etc, because these don't come here. Almost all the publishers and networks who offers this kind of works, are searching only EU or Europe people.
In my country, these surveys that pays $0.50 per day doesn't exist. That's why I look for the ads mostly in order to work your site. And that's not only my situation. I know a lot of people who work on Internet that are like me, and I'm sure that a lot of your users are from this type of countries.
So... why do you keep the minimum from Cashout Points so high, when sites like yours (OffersBux, GPTHub, etc) offers the same, but are not so difficult to cashout?
