Now youtube is going to manually filter out the videos which are suitable for ads. I have my some of the videos on programming marked as not suitable for ads. I was really confused with how that is going on. I think this new change will destory the earning of many channels out there. As here youtube is going to decide which video will earn and which won't.

You can read the change here.

So this new change is really bad. I hope that we find other methods for finding money online due to this. Because not all niche are going to earn now.

Well, my YouTube channel is not monetized yet. I made an attempt last time and it doesn't allow here Saudi Arabia. I don't know exactly the reason. Maybe I have to read more about YouTube Monetization procedure.

its not good news, may be increase in number of users and bad quality videos are reason for this change. now youtubers have to work even harder to get paid by youtube for their videos.

That's bad news for us. It was hard to earn on youtube before and now it is harder to earn on youtube. This change will make a lot of youtubers to leave youtube and use other sites like dailymotion or tune. pk.

yes you are right, most of the youtubers are already working hard specially new one and now this.

Is that dailymotion also has a monetization program and does it really pay?
I know that the payment threshold there is as high as $100.
Thx

They are started to show the "low or not monetized" icon. So if your video is not inn favor of advertisers. They are going to have their share of the limits and they are going to impose that on you. So make sure that you add some decent monetization strategy there for the YouTube. Make sure to share and get some traffic. Because that seems to be the only way for making sure YouTube has proper monetization. I am fed up with this but it's earning source so just pushing on.

thx ,then I may stick to YouTube , seems there are not many sites that we can earn, just like online business earning is going to an end. Now bitcoin is not stable and shows its weaknesses, I don't have much confidence in online business earning anymore

Totally reasonable. Earning online has it's set of the issues. And you have to save 90% of the income for the future. and invest some money too. because online earning options are not stable. people who are into selling stuff are the only poeple earning consistently. and that can be debated too. so it depends on how much people you get for the sales. that is what going to change the future of the online earning. PTC, surfing sites and hyip are scams. and waste of time and money. so stick with what works for you.

Well, that was a sad news for me because i recently created a youtube account after learning that i could earn money by uploading video in youtube. And i am in a process of finding or creating a video that may catch the viewer attention so that i can get more people to watch it. And for a beginners like me it would be hard for me to make a good video in able to earn money by it. I hope i could make a video that youtube wil qualified to accept ads.

I feel sad about the changes specially they requires new channel to reach 10,000 before they can monetized their videos, and after they monetized it, adsense isnt going to allow them to monetize the video due to an issue. LOL

I think that's reasonable because most fo the new channels are copying content from other channels. and thye are stealing content. so that is something not worth going for. i'd not choose to monetize the content of such channels if i were to be youtube. the thing about the political content though can be disputed. and for some of us that makes a lot of difference. so on that basis i'd say we have to consider what may or may not work for each one of us.

I didn't knew about this changes on the Youtube channel.Maybe it depends on your visitors number and where are they from and the content of your video,if they accept it.

Look at it from an advertiser's perspective. If you are spending money on advertising your product, you don't want it to be displayed on videos that are just some BS video of some kid showing people how to crack internet download manager. I think in the long term, quality videos advertising is good for publishers and advertisers, as publishers will strive to stick to quality and advertisers will get some quality traffic and good advertising results.

Agree from their perspective it is valid. but the thing is that my channel has no social content. my channel is on tech. as in programming language. so it can be possible for them to filter my content. but they don't seem to get that part. and they are making the videos limited for the ads. and that is the aprt of the contention. so they need to change as well. so things can improve frm the creators side as well.

I can't display ads on my videos anymore. I have to wait until my YouTube channel has 10,000 views and then my channel gets manually reviewed. My YouTube channel isn't that active at the moment, but I may try and make it more active in the future.

They are going to manually check some videos and then add the ads. you have to also apply for the monetization. and after the approval. you get the adsense acount to connect. so that is going to be a lengthy process. and one has to really work on those things in order for this to work. i have tried my best to work on this and not much changed ever since as of yet. hopefully thing do change in due process as well.

May I know how long you have been monetize in YouTube adsense ?
And I am monetize in YouTube adsense for more than a year but very few traffic for my channel . Don't know if I have to be reviewed or I can monetize by Google Adsense ads as normal ?

thx very much !

Youtube send mail on me notifying that all users who dont get 10k views and less subsrcibers will be limited and monetization is still running on it. somehow you or we need to reach 1k subscriber and more than 10k views on one videos on youtube. then you will be able to monetize your videos again,

thx

you mean One video to get 10 k views ? it is impossible, but is there any time limit to get the 10k views ?
say 1 month time limit or so..

Maybe I think Google blogger to apply and earn in Adsense will be much easier then.
