I understand it and also think that you know it well that the more the viewers, the higher the chances of one earning more from a Monetized video on YouTube. I have seen many comedy shows with many viewers within a short time of video posting. And I was like this can work for me if YouTube allows such monetization. Do you think YouTube comedy channels as worth it?

Yes it totally worth it for me, I saw lots of videos doing comedy video's and able to earn a lot of money from it, but it's hard to search for a funny video source.

I mean if one can create the videos by him or herself. As far as I know, Original content is one determining factor for Adsense and which is the monetizing option for YouTube. This means we have to create our own videos..

Yeah definitely it's worth a lot. People nowadays are really tired due to their busy working schedule , so they need comedy in between. You will get more viewers for a comedy YouTube videos , I have seen many YouTubers uploading comedy videos with of subscribers and viewers

I do not think every one earning by doing comedy only. Every channel has different impact and thus, visitors are different. Channel which is good as other big channel supporting them otherwise it would never possible.

It worth it, I see it getting more views faster, I guess most the comedians makes good money from it. If you can create funny videos please do so you can also male your Money @OP

Well yeah, but if you come up with smart and fun ideas, why not give it a try? You don't especially need a skill for that, just try your look, they may like it.. Also, if you're making a single video, do not waste your time, you better gather 10 or more videos, put them in the on and there ya go, people love comedians.

how about editing funny clips from different funny videos? is it allowed and can be monetized? I watched some video which was made from different mixed funny video clips. but I am not sure if it was monetized.

I noticed children songs videos are ranking to most viewed on youtube.

the success of a comedy channel doesn't rely on the country you're living on , it depends on your humor , in all of the cases , your channel will succeed no matter how bad is your humor , so comedy channels are still a decent nitch no matter where you do live

The country where i live has a lot of comedy youtubers , and from what i can see , all of them are having nice stats in their channels , so i believe comedy youtube channel is a nice monetization if you are too brave to show your face :)

Being able to do something doesn't mean it's a good nitch unless you add a unique touch to it, so people start watching you because they love the way how you make your content and not your content

true, i see a lot of talented video editors that are spending a nice amount of time in their content but they got very low quality number of views

I myself spend time in video editing and suffering due to my potato laptop, views are kind of fine but the nitch is wrong because viewers are people from that game community, that's why investing your skill in a dead nitch won't bring in good results
