I don't think the site is legit as claimed @scubaprojapan , you can still check the site yourself but no recent payment proof here though been a teen doesn't stops from running a legitimate site.

This website has broken the rules that he made himself. This website is a scam

The statement is contradicting very likely the site did copy and paste FAQ of a similar site without thorough check. The owner should re plan the site if he meant not to scam people .

How they can be legit, even the rates they have mentioned at site are wrong, they mentioned minimum rate $2 and for USA, canada etc. $6 but they credit only 0.0012 against each download even for USA so as per their credit rate, you are going to make $1.2 against 1000 downloads.
