As per Mashable, You Tube has gone on a take down spree since the pandemic began, they even took down videos that don't break any of the rules they had. Why? Based on an announcement posted on the official You Tube blog provided above, the platform relies more on their automated detection system to remove any problematic video. This is due the fact that not all members of the human moderation team were able to work from home because of technical difficulties and/or sensitive issue they're facing when working from home.

This is saying the automated system is faulty and malfunctioning. I am sure this will be looked into pronto. It will not speak well at all for YouTube to allow such to continue.

That is very unfair. Even thet have better robot with artificial intellence, but robot wil never replace human. Robot doesnt have emotion and will never understand jokes

yeah, automated moderation dont know what is joke, swearing, emotion, persuasive approach, happiness and sadness. human are better in using feeling, but sometimes human is emotional and subjective

Wow that's so unfair, imagine the efforts and time poured to make a good quality content. Hope they still have a responsive customer support team / at least responding to complaints because if i am one of the victim i would like to ask them to re-up my content if i don't break any rules.

I've heard the recent issues with this and some youtubers were given the reason that they've copyrighted music , though some youtubers stated that its YouTube's security algo that needs work because it is flagging something not even harmful nor violating anything

these AI can just flag something but cannot take action with then later these human workers are gonna be the one to check it for further action I think this is better way, though more manpower and cost for companies I think that's also why they just leave it to AI

the longer if all the work is submitted to artificial intelligence, the more YouTubers will disappear from "circulation". and this is a sign of the destruction of creative content on YouTube

They should update and develop their ai system to determine our videos

It's not as easy as you say, A.I. is still in early development phase. Will need a few more years to improve it.

Its easy to say from YouTube perception but see from YouTubers
They makes a video
The video needs time,dedication,scripts and lots more things to publish a video
Youtube needs more re regulations and updates
