Chainlink and Unstoppable Domains are working on a system to verify .crypto addresses using Twitter, so users can feel secure before sending any crypto. Unstoppable Domains have been issuing .crypto domains for some time now and users can send crypto directly to another domain instead of typing out the long addresses. Most browsers don't support .crypto domains and so you can download Unstobbale Domain's exclusive browser. Hopefully now with this new verification method using Twitter, users can easily identify the person that they're sending money to.

This is a good one now at least it will help users trace their funds when a problem arises. Any way to boost security is we

This is another good improvement but i don't why browser are rejecting .crypto domain name , but since twitter has given an option lets see how it goes

This is a good improvement in bitcoin transactions. At least they are not anonimous anymore, that will make it tracable in case of a problem.

That's a step in the right direction. Since Twitter is tied to phone numbers,it will be easier knowing the id of the person at the receiving end.

Great, this will definitely lower the scam rate on twitter and more FBI raid video lol. It's good that twitter is open about Cryptocurrency.

Because .crypto is not an official domain from the IANA, the official operator of the domain name system. Everybody can create and run a name space next to the office dns root zone but this will stay completely incompatible. You need separated dns resolver and lots of redundancy where you never can make a jump from a .com to a .crypto. Yes the browser from unstoppable May support this but then they also resolve your dns request. For them a gold mine, for you a privacy disaster. At last on tor network this is all oos.

Which wallet services use twitter as verification method? As far as I know chain link is not a wallet service provider. I am using trust wallet and it does not require any type of verification.

That's it since trust wallet Is a big wallet platform, i wonder how they would how they would make use of only twitter for verification when it could be hacked
