YFI seems like a new token and is for the site yearn.finance the site seems to be still in beta, some also say that YFI is a troll token, nevertheless it's recent price pump is quite outrageous

Some experts says this is because of the low supply of the coin that if one user where to invest or sell a considerable amount a big change in price will occur, what are your thoughts?

I saw this news earlier in the day and I was like 'wow'. The low supply of the coin has made a lot to covet it thereby giving such surges in the price.

Yeah I have read this news before and even heard some people saying this coin can overthrone Bitcoin lol. The spike in it's price is only temporary in my opinion.

I doubt this can overthrone bitcoin lmao, many coins have tried but they aren't even that near bitcoin's market capitalization, even ethereum the second ranking coin is not even at half of bitcoin

As high as the price of this YFI coin is, I doubt it can ever topple bitcoin especially when it comes to popularity and even rate of usage. Time will tell if its price surge will be maintained or just temporal.

Well i think yfi just has low supply and low userbase thats why movements are really high . I doubt it will continue to rise so much if its userbase isn't gonna increase

I totally agree with this. The coin can only increase so much but if the number of users reduce by the day, it may get to a time that the price becomes stable or even nose dive I think.

I doubt if it is even readily available to invest in. I am just observing the coin's trend to know how long it will hold out with the price surge or maybe it will come down soon enough.

Yfi is a yield farming token. I do not know exactly how it works though. I predict the price will definitely drop a lot in the near future but that does not mean that the coin will not be valuable long term and even more valuable than this. As the coins start producing their yields we will see if people are willing to pay so much for them.

This is the truth of the matter, I don't see any coins overtaking bitcoin for now so any coin increasing price is just for the moment most definitely

What i notice in the coin is that there are obviously many whales investing in the coin , so the supply is not more than bitcoin own and the price is more than bitcoin own , this is really a surprise

It will be better to have the intention to investing so that when the coin is not growing you trade off but if it has potential you hold.

The coin in question has limited amount ,thus when the limited amount was even made more scarce by investor , the price rose higher ,unlike Bitcoin that the supply can't be limited
