Few hours before XRP had some fluctuation on 0.2$ to 0.24$ . Is XRP gaining it's form back again? Is this showing that investors can predict XRP is winning against SEC soon?

XRP has not faced such a big problem since its existence. I take the SEC case very seriously and I think it will be punished for it.

Almost most of the big exchanges have started to stop trading XRP, which I think is not a good development in this situation.

Yeah this was very large breakthrough for XRP. I have not investment on XRP so I am saved. I don't know it will be able to rise again to it's previous position. Let's see what happens next.

Looking at coinmarketcap.com ripple is the only coin in the top ten that is showing negative over a seven day period, a drop of 17.69%. Today it is showing a drop of 2.2% with a price of $0.219. There has been slight movement, up and down, daily so it has been possible to make profit from trading but for me at the moment it is too risky.

Yeah that's why I posted this topic. I saw a slight rise on XRP yesterday. It went to 0.25$. This interested me in XRP that they are recovering from the fall or they won the case or not.

XRP is good but Ripple S*cks. They can do something to avoid this from happening they could've just pay the fine. Or move from the US but they didn't. Instead they sre risking their investors money by also dumping billions of XRP.

I didn't know that they had option to pay fine. They should have gone for paying that fee why did they just skipped it. XRP lost about more than half of their investors in this downfall.

I don't know if there are any possibilities to do something like that. But I want to give you some right about this. They knew better than we did what could happen, and they had to make any effort.

The pre-trial is supposed to be in February. Even if they win it will take a lot of convincing to get investors to buy back into ripple. At the moment there is still trading in ripple, could be some investors trying to get back some of their loss by day-trading.

I don't know but I just checked and found the price at 0.25$ people have not still lost hope. Hopefully XRP recovers soon from their current position

XRP seems to be used to the current current price levels. It neither wants to fall nor want to rise. It's almost like it's stuck between these prices.

Yeah the price will roam around this range I think or decrease until XRP wins the case against lawsuit. As soon XRP wins the case I think the price of XRP will start to ramp up towards it's all time high I think. This will be an epic turn around for XRP.

As you said, maybe XRP can regain its former strength.

I am unfortunately not optimistic about this, I think XRP will suffer seriously from this case.

Maybe it absolutely depends on the whales of XRP. If they want to go for their largest rush after winning the case , they might get some of their pace back. Anyways let's hope XRP at least don't die totally.

The future of ripple definitely rests on the outcome of the court case. The problem is how many will trust ripple if they win and how many holding for recovery will sell as soon as they reach break-eveni assuming they win the case?

The current price of xrp has made it more easier for investors to be able to buy more now that it seems to be cheaper . Secondly there is faith that the coin will win the lawsuit

Yeah that's every XRP investors are wanting badly. And the point you just told that some investors are taking this opportunity and I agree with you . I think when XRP will win the lawsuit, it will boom and rush towards 1$ per coin or even more.

Yeah. I currently have plans to buy up to 100 xrp tokens now ,so that my investment will be maximised when the price starts to rise more and more
