I am looking to start posting tutorials for the people on this site, however I feel that video tutorials will help more people, but I would like your guys thoughts?

As I do not think you can upload videos on here? but I can still give a general overview on the site

I think I would like more to watch tutorial videos.I think it will be more easier for people to understand what you are explaining in your videos.

Personally,I like videos tutorials like the ones posted by Mr.B, one get to hear from the horse's mouth and to me I will understand better than reading a text which I might not comprehend it the way I should.

So a short,straight to point tutorial wouldn't be a bad idea for me.

I like both. But if a program is too complicated to explain in just words, then I will search for a video tutorial. If you go for text, include some pictures of the program. If you go for video tutorials, make sure that you have a clear video as well as audio.

I think it depends. Some of the time doing the video is lot more profitable. And some of the time you can get more out with the text based posts. So depending on what you're doing it's reasonable to say that it can add up to some money. And you can get more out of the tutorial videos. So you should consider earning through the video promotion in that case. I thnk tutorial video surey has some demand. but in that ccase text based content sells more.
