How would it be if people were able to work at home in a decentralized workplace and earn crypto while doing so? I mean now many people are working from home amidst the coronavirus outbreak and this, in turn, is good for blockchain industry. Maybe in the future, we can work completely from home and earn digital currency and as a result form a digital economy.

But at the same time , people need jobs online as well. I don't think digital money will completely replace the cash. Many people are not aware of blockchain

It wouldn't be a bad idea at all because as it is job are almost scarce offline, maybe online jobs will really help out with just crypto currency might be a bit difficult especially countries that have banned crypto currency in their countries.

I dont know why certain countries have banned cryptocurrencies completely. During these situations , most of the people work from home and some depend on cryptocurrencies for their part time work , but countries where crypto is banned , they are in disadvantage.

Because cryptocurrencies threaten their banks and of course their own national currency, now imagine if everyone in India use Bitcoin instead of Rupee, since no one use it, its value will drop to zero.

This is a really good idea, however, I do believe that there are some ways this is possible - but in this case you will have to work to earn the crypto - but nonetheless, various governments should definitely introduce incentives like these, for example, in Venezuela where the medical staff of the country have been rewarded with the PetroDollar

Like my country that it is neither here nor there but it still not legally used ofline. But the good thing is that it can be used online maybe for buying things online

Yeah same in our country , we can do anything online with bitcoin , maybe use it for trading or sending bitcoin but cant use it to purchase items offline.

Instead of chasing away use of it ,they could create their own type of digital cryptocurrency that people can convert from bitcoin ,so as to receive payment online from jobs that deals with crypto

That will cause yet another problem. Crypto's most interesting feature is its anonymity. If you make an official crypto under the regulation of a government not that many will use it because it lack anonymity. Again, people will go to crypto rendering the new official crypto obsolete.

Sure that's another problem , banning crypto might affect those people using crypto to receive payment from major platform and most people there might be unemployed if its implemented.

there should be a final decision about crypto, legal or illegal

It's not that easy sadly, the very decentralized nature of crypto is enough to cause headache to most policymakers, not to mention older politicians are more resistant to embracing new tech and usually stuck with their old ways of doing things.

lets hope they settle that in the near future

This is a very nice suggestion but then in my opinion, until crypto currency prices becomes stable, it should not be adopted by government to pay workers salary

I don't any organization has started reward or paying salaries in Crypto currencies already. Blockchain is not use for only Crypto transaction, it can also be used to monitor and make fiat currency transactions faster and more efficient.

It's true that this pandemic is forcing a lot of people to work from home, but a big portion of people still getting paid with fiat money though payment processors like Paypal and not crypto.

Some freelancer platform pay you through crypto, and I have heard some companies plan to pay their workers with crypto. I don't know if they've implemented that payment model though.

I don't think any of the companies have implemented it , if they have news would have carried it but for sure freelancers are paid through Crypto as an alternative.
