When you have offline business, it can be beneficial to have the word of mouth referrals. And this way you can get consistent leads. I am trying to base my business on the local customers too. Considering I have most of the gigs online, it can be harder for me to get the referrals from the offline way. So I am hoping that with the offline referrals can fill some of my gap days with the offline business.

So how does the word of mouth referrals work in the offline business?

Anyway, one thing to always remember is that always create a good first impression and try and build a good relationship with your client, be close with them. Make them always think about you whenever they need a service like the one you render.

Well this true too. I forgot to mention it as well . a good communication skill is what keep people listening to you . You can. Make you listeners lose or gain interest within the first five minutes of your speech .
